//\ hoekhuis is an independent platform founded by Sjaak Douma and Katía Truijen. Guest residents are invited to reflect upon their ways of working and experimenting from the lens of one particular room, resulting in a periodical magazine. //\ hoekhuis started in 2021 with the pilot issue The Entrance, followed by The Study and The Balcony in 2022.

We run //\ hoekhuis from a second floor apartment in Rotterdam, that sometimes transforms into a concert venue, small cinema or artist residency. New music by guest residents is occasionally released on the //\ label.
